There is increased evidence that customers rely on endorsements from other individuals and businesses, as part of the decision making process. When it comes to the often complicated world of finance customers are turning to peer feedback to help them make financial decisions.
Our session will look to uncover the benefits of customer feedback as part of the buying cycle and
will look in to why we decided to launch a programme to gather customer feedback and why this is such an important consideration for businesses in the modern day of digital working.
We will also look into the behavioural economics of buyer behaviour focusing on the social, cognitive and emotional decisions in relation to purchasing products and services.
