Felicity started her career working for global advertising agency, Young & Rubicam in London. Here she worked on many brands including British Gas, Cadbury and charity, Mencap amongst many others. After working at various other agencies including Grey and Publicis, Felicity then went on to set up Production Agency Toast TV in 2002 out of frustration at the traditional agency model. She is married with four children.
