Jamie has worked in the financial services industry since his graduation from Newcastle University in 2007. In recent years, his experience has been focused exclusively on workplace solutions and specifically, auto enrolment. This has involved working in all areas including technology development, system processes and employee experience.
As part of his role as Head of Auto Enrolment, he has been responsible for a team of 50 who are working on the True Potential Auto Enrolment project.
