Parham Donyai

Parham Donyai studied to be a lawyer. He left the security of the legal profession early on to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and started LA Muscle with a small loan in 1997. It went on to become a multi-million pound sports nutrition company supplying some of the most elite athletes in the world such as Anthony Joshua.

LA Muscle is the official partner to the Hollywood movie industry having partnered with movies such as Die Hard and The Expendables 2. Best known supplements such as Norateen have been developed by Parham.
Parham is well-versed in luxury marketing and premium branding. The LA Muscle concept store in London was short-listed as the ‘Best Small Store” in the UK by Retail Week magazine.

Parham is a qualified complementary medicine practitioner, documentary maker and published author. He has a multi-million pound worldwide property, art and car collection which includes a rare gold McLaren P1.

Parham is a mentor to businesses and world champion athletes.

pounds. He will describe the mindset required to be a successful
