Simon Rayner-Langmead is the founder of, a website which provides small businesses with a cost effective way of generating press coverage and social media presence. The website helps companies to create a communications strategy, source journalist contact details as well as offering support from a dedicated PR team.

Simon started his career as part of the marketing team of Paramount Pictures, and has since worked for a number of the UK’s leading PR Agencies. He founded his own agency in 2003 – Essence Communications.
